Upgrading Your Plan and Managing Billing

Sellr's plans control things like how many products and team members your store can have. You can see your current plan and upgrade any time from Dashboard → Billing.

Checking your current plan

The Billing page shows your plan name, whether it's active, and - for a paid plan - when it renews or expires.

Upgrading

1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
2. Compare what each plan includes.
3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
4. You'll be taken to a secure Paystack checkout to complete payment.

This charges Sellr's own Paystack account for the upgrade - completely separate from any Paystack keys you've connected for your own store's customer payments. The two never mix.

What happens after you upgrade

Your plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed, for a fixed period from that point. As the renewal date approaches, you'll get a reminder; if a paid plan expires without renewal, your store automatically steps back down to the free plan rather than being interrupted mid-cycle.

Renewing

Come back to Dashboard → Billing any time and click Renew - it works the same way as the original upgrade.
