Understanding Your Analytics Dashboard
06 Aug 2026
Dashboard → Analytics gives you a live view of how your store is performing - no waiting for a report, it always reflects current data.
What you'll find there
- Revenue - total from paid orders over the period shown.
- Order count - how many orders came in, and how that breaks down by payment status.
- Top products - which products are actually selling, so you know what to restock or promote.
- Traffic source breakdown - how customers are finding your store: organic (direct link), referral, or share links from customers.
- New vs. returning customers - a signal of whether you're building repeat business or mostly one-time buyers.
Using it to make decisions
- If a product never appears in your top sellers, consider whether its price, photos, or description need work - or whether it's worth keeping in your catalog.
- A high share of "share link" traffic means word-of-mouth is working for you - consider it a signal to make sharing even easier (e.g. mention it to happy customers).
- If bank transfer orders are piling up as "pending" for a while, double-check your bank transfer verification setup, or nudge affected customers directly.
Analytics reflects your store's real order data as it comes in - there's no separate step to "generate a report," the numbers are always current.
