Sending Order Receipts: WhatsApp and Downloadable PDF

Every order gets a receipt customers can access from their order status page (the one they land on right after checkout, or reach again via Track order) - no account or login needed, just the order number.

Download receipt (PDF)

Tapping Download receipt (PDF) generates a branded document on the spot - your store's logo and accent color, an itemized list, and the total, styled like a proper receipt. There's nothing to configure; it uses whatever logo and accent color you've already set in Settings → Store.

Send receipt to WhatsApp

Tapping Send receipt to WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the same receipt details pre-filled as a message, ready for the customer to send - typically landing in their own "Message yourself" chat, so they've got a saved copy without needing to download anything.

Nothing to turn on

Both options are available automatically on every order - there's no setting to enable them. If a customer doesn't have a phone number on file, only the PDF option shows.
