Managing Multiple Orders at Once with Bulk Actions
07 Aug 2026
When orders start coming in faster, opening each one individually to update its status or confirm payment gets slow. Bulk actions let you handle several at once from the orders list.
Selecting orders
- Go to Dashboard → Orders.
- Tick the checkbox on each order you want to act on.
A bulk-action bar appears at the top the moment you select your first order.
Confirming payment on several orders
With orders selected, click Confirm payment. This works the same way as confirming a single order - it's meant for bank transfer or pay-on-delivery orders you've verified were actually paid.
Updating status on several orders
Click Update status, choose the new status from the list, and confirm - every selected order moves to that status together.
Why this is separate from payment status
Order status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered...) and payment status (pending, paid, failed) are tracked independently, so bulk actions for each are separate too - you might confirm payment on a batch without changing their fulfillment status yet, or the other way round.
