Bank Transfer and Pay on Delivery: Setting Up Alternative Payment Methods

Card payments through Paystack aren't the only option - Sellr also supports bank transfer and pay on delivery, and you can offer any combination of the three.

Bank transfer

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payments.
2. Find the Bank transfer card.
3. Enter your bank name, account number, and account name.
4. Click Save bank details.

Once saved, customers see these details at checkout - they can tap to copy the account number, and upload a screenshot of their transfer as proof. That upload speeds up confirmation, but it isn't itself proof of payment: you still confirm the order yourself once you've actually checked your account, either from the order page or using bulk payment confirmation for several at once.

Pay on delivery

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payments.
2. Find the Pay on delivery card.
3. Flip the toggle on.

There's nothing else to configure - the order comes in, you collect cash when it arrives, then confirm the payment from the order once you've received it.

Turning either off

Both have their own toggle, independent of any saved details - switching one off is a quick pause, not a disconnect. Your bank details and settings stay saved for whenever you turn it back on.
